Sahay, A.P.P. ----- 03/02.07.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Dhansar P.S. Case No.34/2026, registered for the offence under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 351(2), 352 of the BNS and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners. He further submits that there were free fight between both the parties and there are also case and counter case between them. He then submits that the petitioners’ side has also lodged the case. He next submits that the allegation of assault is ( 2026:JHHC:19309 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 2622 of 2026 there against one Lalla Sharma. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that grievous injury has been received by the informant and in view of that, the prayer for anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that although the petitioners are named in the FIR, however, there are general and omnibus allegations against them. The allegation of assault is made against Lalla Sharma and pursuant to that assault, grievous injury has been received by the informant. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with Dhansar P.S.
