On perusal of the writ petition, this Court finds that self-same award dated 22.08.2024 was challenged by the petitioner by way of filing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13518/2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the issue involved in this writ petition has already been considered by this Court in [2026:RJ-JP:6945] (2 of 2) [CW-13509/2025] the aforesaid writ petition, which has been dismissed vide judgment dated 11.02.2026. 2. In view of above, this writ petition is also dismissed in the light of judgment dated 11.02.2026 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13518/2025. 3.
