Contempt Petition under Section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of Constitution of India, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners against Respondents / MCD for non-compliance of Order dated 03.08.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 10658/2026, whereby unauthorized construction, though directed to be demolished in accordance with law, has not been done till date. 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents / MCD appears on advance Notice, accepts Notice and submits that unauthorized construction is boundary wall, which is not permitted in O-Zone. 3. He further submits that part demolition of the wall, as is evident in the photographs filed by the Petitioners themselves has been carried out on 06.08.2026 and further demolition is being done on 21 & 22.09.2026.
