INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondent No.2-Tahsildar to continue the name of Bomme Gowda, husband of the petitioner in the RTC of the land bearing Survey No.3 of Seegehalli Village by considering the representations made by the petitioner dated 19.03.2021, 24.01.2022, 04.05.2023, 06.02.2024 and 05.07.2025 vide Annexure 'K', 'L', 'M', 'N' and 'P' respectively. 2. Heard Sri. Guthal Sivappa Shankarappa, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, I am of the view that the respondent No.2 shall consider the representations made by the petitioner. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the respondent No.2-Tahsildar is directed to consider the representations made by the petitioner dated 19.03.2021, 24.01.2022, 04.05.2023, 06.02.2024 and 05.07.2025 vide Annexure 'K', 'L', 'M', 'N' and 'P' respectively in accordance with law, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
