Instant review petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking review of final order dated 22.04.2025, dismissing his writ petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1192/2025, declining his claim for entitlement of 10 per cent bonus marks on the basis of [2026:RJ-JP:7084] (2 of 2) [WRW-167/2025] experience certificate dated 30.06.2018. In the writ petition, petitioner claimed his entitlement based on the order of the State Government dated 25.04.2023 whereas, counsel for review petitioner admits that indeed his entitlement of bonus marks is based on the Government Order No. 1138 dated 15.11.2022. 3. In Civil Writ Petition No. 1192/2025, petitioner has not claimed bonus marks on the basis of Government order dated 15.11.2022 nor Government order was placed on record, hence, review petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this review petition with liberty to file a fresh petition claiming 10 per cent bonus marks on the basis of Government order dated 15.11.2022. 4.
