Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2026 in connection with Manjhari (Tantnagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026for the offences registered under Sections 70(2) and 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. Learned counsel for the petitionershas submitted that petitioners are in custody since 23.02.2026 and he submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submits that bail application of identically placed co-accused has been rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 555 of 2026 vide order dated 24.06.2026. He has also submitted that the allegation is of gang rape and the petitioners are named in the FIR. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the serious nature of allegation and petitioners are named in the FIR and since bail application of co-accused has already been rejected, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail.
