3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application and contended that the bail application of the other similarly placed co-accused Sukhveer and Rahul were dismissed by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2025 on merits and the allegation against the petitioner is akin with that of the other co- accused. The petitioner was also present along with the other co- accused at the place of occurrence, therefore, the bail application of the accused-petitioner may be dismissed.
4. Heard and perused the material available on record.
5. Considering the fact that the police after thorough investigation arrested the accused-petitioner and concluded that the accused-petitioner along with the other co-accused Rahul and Sukhveer entered into the house of deceased Sahil, committed robbery and also caused death of the deceased by gun shot injury, therefore, considering the aforesaid fact, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
6. Hence, the criminal bail application of the accused-petitioner is hereby dismissed.
