1. The matter has been received on transfer.
2. A perusal of the order-sheets shows that none has been appearing on behalf of the appellants for the last several dates.
3. Vide order dated 15th April, 2026, Court Notice was directed to be issued to the appellants and the respondents through all permissible modes, including e-mail as well as through counsel.
4. As per the report of the Registry, counsel for the appellants has been served through WhatsApp. However, none appears despite service.
5. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
