Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner while working on the post LHV had submitted medical bills for its reimbursement on 12.02.2024, however, till date medical bills submitted by the petitioner since 2022 till 2024 has not been considered and reimbursed. 2 Petitioner thereafter retired from service and submitted a representation Annexure-P/3 before respondent No. 3 and 4, which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 and 4 to take decision on the claim of the petitioner, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 2. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 3. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, nature of grievance raised, in particular that the medical bill submitted for reimbursement is still pending consideration, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 3 and 4 to consider and take decision on representation as also medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the order. 4.
