FIR in Crime No.434/2025 was registered by Byatarayanapura Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the aforesaid offences against the petitioners herein based on the first information dated 21.12.2025 received from Bhavya.R. Apprehending arrest in the said case, petitioners had filed Crl. Misc. No.352/2026 before the jurisdictional Sessions Court, which was rejected on 29.01.2026. Therefore, they are before this Court. 4. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that first informant is the sister of accused no.1. Accused nos.2 to 4 are the close relatives of accused no.1. It appears that there is a civil dispute between the family members. In the alleged incident that had taken place on 20.12.2025, the victim suffered only simple injuries. Petitioners do not have any serious criminal antecedents and the incident in question had
