The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the respondents may be directed to reconsider and redraw the gradation list of Teacher (L.B.) in light of directions and guidelines issued by the State Government from time to time. 10.2 That, the respondents may be directed to grant seniority and other benefits accrued to the petitioners from their initial date of appointment. 10.3 Any other relief/reliefs, which this Hon’ble Court may think fit and proper in the facts & circumstances of the case, may also please be granted to the petitioners.” 3 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the gradation list of Teacher (L.B.) was published by respondent No. 3 on 02.02.2022 with effect from 01.04.2021. He would contend that the petitioners being aggrieved with their position in the seniority list raised objections before respondent No. 3. He would contend that till date those objections have not been decided. 3. On the other hand, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the respondents/State would submit that the objections so raised by the petitioners have already been rejected vide order dated 25.03.2022 and Annexure A/1 has been placed on record alongwith an affidavit. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the said order. 5. Permission granted. 6.
