The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction for respondent authority to grant annual increment from July 2024 to till date with suitable interest. 10.2) That, other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2 / 2 2. Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted representation on 18.11.2025 before respondent No. 3 for grant of one increment, which till date is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the pending representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the State has no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
