On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that they have no objection in considering the representation dated 10.11.2025. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 28009 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10.11.2025 within the period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to any of the affected parties, if so necessary. 2 It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided in accordance with law.
