2026:UHC:301 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPSS/2305/2025 With WPSS/2306/2025 WPSS/2307/2025 WPSS/2308/2025 WPSS/2310/2025 Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J 1. Ms. Anupriya Kukreti, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Mr. R.S. Bisht, learned Additional C.S.C. for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPSS No. 2305 of 2025 alone are being considered and discussed. 4. Ms. Anupriya Kukreti, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similar issue was dealt with by this Court in WPSS No. 1 of 2026; she, therefore, submits that the writ petition deserves to be decided in terms of the order dated 05.01.2026 passed in the said writ petition along with connected matters. 5. Learned State Counsel concedes that issue involved is identical, therefore, he has no objection, if the writ petition is decided in terms of the order dated 05.01.2026 rendered in WPSS No. 1 of 2026 & other connected matters. 6. The writ petitions are, accordingly, decided in terms of order dated 2026:UHC:301 05.01.2026 rendered in WPSS No. 1 of 2026 & other connected matters. The writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to petitioners to make representation(s). If petitioners make representation(s) to Director (Industries) within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within three months thereafter. For a period of three months or till decision is taken, whichever is earlier, no action prejudicial to the interest of petitioners shall be taken. It shall be open to petitioners to make prayer for release of pending dues in the representation.
