However, upon completion of the investigation, "B" Summary Report has been submitted before the concerned Court in the said crime. At present, there is nothing on record to indicate whether the said "B" Summary Report has been accepted or is still pending for consideration. 4) Under such circumstances, we dispose of this petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said "B" Summary Report, if it is not yet accepted, by filing protest petition before the concerned Court.
