Heard M/s.B.Rohini, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 3. The case of the petitioner is that since she is working as a Village Administrative Officer (VAO), she has applied for permission for issuance of passport. As per the procedure, respondents 1 and 2 are required to grant permission, thereby enabling the 3rd respondent to 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.8145 of 2026 issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC). The petitioner has already made a representation dated 20.02.2026 in this regard. 4. In view thereof, the writ petition is ordered on the following terms:- i. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to take up the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2026 and issue issue necessary instructions to the 3rd respondent for issuance of No Objection Certificate (NOC) if there is no other impediment, in respect of the same. ii. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, without waiting for the certified copy of the order. iii.
