District & Sessions Judge, FTSC-II Special Court, Bangalore Rural District in OS.No.110/2026 dated 16.05.2026 whereby the trial court had issued only summons to the defendants without considering the application filed by - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26239 WP No. 15847 of 2026 the petitioner seeking injunction and directed the matter to be listed on 09.06.2026. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted on the merits of the matter and what is the inconvenience caused to the plaintiff by the order of the trial court, only issuing summons but not considering the interim application. 3. Considering the fact that the matter is coming up on 09.06.2026, this court is not inclined to go into the merits of the matter and accordingly this court is passing the following: ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of directing the Trial Court to consider the petitioner's application expeditiously. ii. This court is not issuing notice to the respondents as no adverse orders are passed. iii. All pending I.As., in the writ petition shall stand closed.
