On 13.2.2026, when the matter was taken up for hearing, submission was made by learned counsel for respondent No.4 that the order passed in writ petition is complied with. On the said date, learned counsel for petitioner sought time to make further submission. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, none appears for petitioner. On the last date of hearing also i.e. on 20.2.2026, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that pursuant to the order dated 27.1.2025 passed in WPS No.8159/2024, which is subject matter of this contempt petition, petitioner has been paid remaining amount of retiral dues on 26.3.2025. He submits that period for payment of retiral dues of petitioner fixed in the order dated 27.1.2025 was of 45 days from the date of receipt of the order. Representation along with copy of order dated 27.1.2025 was submitted by petitioner in the 3 office on 12.2.2025 and payment of remaining retiral dues has been made on 26.3.2025 i.e. within 41 days. In support of his submission, he has enclosed relevant documents along with return. 3. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for respondent No.4 and the documents enclosed along with reply, I am of the considered view that the order passed in writ petition, which is subject matter of this contempt petition, is complied with. Therefore, this contempt proceeding is dropped and contempt notice stands discharged. 4. The contempt petition is closed. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge roshan/-
