THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.3276 of 2026
ORDER: The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of respondent No.2 in appointing respondent No.3, who is holding the post of the Medical Superintendant, Government General Hospital, Machilipatnam, as Head of the Department of Anatomy Government Medical College, Machilipatnam, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Regulation 3.7 of the Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022.
2. After filing the writ petition, the 2nd respondent has considered the entire issue and passed orders on 03.02.2026 appointing Dr T.T.K. Reddy as ADME/Principal, Government Medical College, Machilipatnam.
3. In view of the above said orders, nothing survives in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
