Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has claimed promotion to the post of Assistant Grade-II with effect from 14.11.2019 when his juniors were promoted to the said post. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 1 to 5 would submit that the petitioner has already been promoted to the post of Assistant Grade-II vide order dated 23.11.2021 and order has been placed on record as Annexure- R/1. 4. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has already been promoted to the post of Assistant Grade-II, there is no need to keep this matter pending. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. With regard to seniority, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation before the respondent authorities.
