Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of communication and copy of office order dated 20.05.2026 passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioners have been allowed higher pay scale of Rs.41600/- after two years of regular service, subject to final outcome of LPA filed in CWP No.4830 of 2023 titled as Inder Singh and any other legal remedies. The DDOs concerned 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? ( 2026:HHC:33790 ) 2 have been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 27.08.2025 passed in CWP No.13802 of 2025, titled, Ranju Bala and another vs. State of H.P. and others has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the financial benefits are not released in favour of the petitioners within eight weeks from today, they shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
