This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment by the front row allotment- house member and restored the original common pathway road as per record measuring 22 feets in S.No.119/8, 119/11 situated at Arumbanur Bit-II, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District by considering the petitioners representation dated 04.11.2024. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that common pathway in S.No.119/8, 119/11 situated at Arumbanur Bit-II, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District has been encroached. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that there are seven encroachments have been identified and they have already issued notice 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis under Section 6 of the Tamil Nadu Encroachment Act and the encroachment will be removed, within a period of one month. 4.Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment within a period as per the undertaking given before this Court.
