It is submitted that the petitioner is entitled for grant of ten (10) marks for his service, which is more than six (06) months. It is also submitted that as per the notification, service weightage marks are to be awarded to the petitioner, as the petitioner has rendered service for more than six (06) months and, as such, the petitioner is entitled for ten (10) weightage marks. 3. It is submitted that the report pertaining to the petitioner was also displayed in the generating station and the petitioner failed to avail the opportunity. It is also submitted that the writ 5 petition was filed at a belated stage and that, after receiving the committee reports, the weightage marks were awarded based on the length of service certified by the concerned committee, and the list of candidates in the ratio of 1:20 was displayed on the website. 8. It is submitted that 21,977 candidates were listed in the ratio of 1:20 and thereafter the respondents issued appointment orders to the eligible candidates. It is also submitted that the petitioner could not secure the required marks for selection as Junior Plant Attendant and was not in the zone of consideration. It is further submitted that the recruitment process is completed and appointment orders were issued to the successful candidates. 9. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed.
