By order dated 11.05.2017, while suspending the sentence and releasing the appellant on bail, a direction was given to him to deposit a Fixed Deposit Certificate of Rs. 50,000/- drawn in favour of each of the children of the deceased before the court below at the time of furnishing of bail bond. 3. The appellant could not deposit the same and thus remained in custody till now. 4. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is not in a position to deposit the amount, thus has remained in custody till date. 5. Considering the fact that bail was already granted on suspension of his sentence on 11.05.2017, but the petitioner could not deposit Rs.50,000/- by way of Fixed Deposit Certificate, he has been kept in custody. We are inclined to modify the order dated 11.05.2017. The condition of bail which was imposed by the aforesaid order that he will deposit a Fixed Deposit Certificate of Rs. 50,000/- drawn in favour of each of the children of the deceased before the court below at the time of furnishing of bail bond, is hereby, recalled. The appellant is directed to be released immediately on furnishing proper bail bond. 6. Let this order be immediately communicated through FAX to the concerned court. 7. Accordingly, Cr.
