Grievance of petitioners is that the services of petitioners on the post of Rojgar Sahayak (Contract) is not renewed after November 2025. 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are engaged as Rojgar Sahayak on 06.11.2025 by virtue of advertisement dated 23.01.2021. Petitioners though continuously worked on the said post and place where they were appointed vide order dated 06.11.2025, but further renewal order has not been issued by respondent No. 3. He submits that petitioners have submitted representation before respondent No.3 on 22.01.2026 and latest on 11.03.2026, however, till date no decision has been taken on the same. 3 / 3 3. Learned State counsel submits that from pleadings and the documents enclosed it is apparent that grievance of petitioners is against respondent No.3 to whom he is not representing. 4. I have heard learned counsel for petitioners and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing Respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider and take decision on the representation of petitioners, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 6.
