Act, now said to be pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII-Cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 2. After some argument, when this Court was not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 3.
