This suit is instituted by the Plaintiff inter alia seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from selling, offering for sale, advertising, directly or indirectly dealing in any goods and services under the impugned trademark/trade name ‘MANKIND’/‘CAREMANKIND’ and/or any other trademark/trade name deceptively similar or identical to Plaintiff’s registered trademark ‘MANDKIND’ or other formative trademarks and their variants thereof, amounting to infringement and/or passing off. 2. During the pendency of the suit, parties have amicably settled their inter se disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 21.05.2026, copy of which has been placed on record. Defendant has acknowledged the exclusive proprietary rights of the Plaintiff in the trademark/trade name This is a digitally signed order. Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties. 4. Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5. Suit is disposed of along with the pending application. 6.
