nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce Ms.XXX, the minor daughter of the petitioner, aged around 10 years, who was stated to be missing since 08.09.2026.
4. We are happy to note that the girl has returned to her house on 16.09.2026, after which she was medically examined at BJRM Hospital, Jahangirpuri.
