The present appeal has been filed after 353 days of the time period allowed for filing of an appeal. The only reason coming forward is that the appellant could not contact his counsel. The reason giving in the application is too vague to condone the delay. 3. We notice that the application filed before the Industrial Tribunal was after a delay of 26 years. Thus, on merits no case for interference is made out. 4. The appeal is dismissed on both counts i.e. on merits as well as on the ground of delay and laches. 5.
