(Through hybrid Mode) 1. This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Parties No.4 and 5 to conduct fair investigation in Sadar P.S. Case No. 55 dated 30.01.2026 incorporating the Opposite Party No.6 who being a public servant has misused its power and has dishonestly changed the ownership of the vehicles of the Petitioner without any valid documents or authentication and to submit the charge sheet within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2. Mr. S.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the owner of two Hyva tipper vehicles bearing Registration Numbers OD-16D-1736 and OD-16D-1936 which he had purchased in the year, 2017 but without his knowledge and consent, the ownership of the two vehicles has been transferred illegally for which he had lodged an FIR in the Sadar Police Station. He submits that pursuant to hearing of his complaint by the R.T.O., Sundargarh, the ownership of the vehicles has been restored in his name and he is in possession of the vehicles. But he is aggrieved by the slow pace of investigation in Sadar P.S. Case No. 55 dated 30.01.2026. 3. Mr. A.K. Apat, learned Additional Government Advocate produces the instructions dated 04.05.2026 of the IIC, Sadar P.S., Sundargarh from which it appears that after registration of Sadar P.S. Case No. 55 dated 30.01.2026, the investigation had been taken up and it is in progress. Requisition has been sent to the service provider for obtaining puspa CDR/ SDR/IMEI/ CAF search of Phone No. 9438393466 which was used for generating OTP through Parivahan portal for both the vehicle bearing Registration Numbers- OD-16D- 1736 and OD-16D-1936. 4. As it is apparent from the instructions that investigation is in progress, hence, the CRLMP is disposed of directing the Opposite Party No.5-the IIC, Sundargarh Sadar Police Station to complete the investigation expeditiously in accordance with law and proceed against the accused person in accordance with law. 5.
