Mr. Aman Hansretta, learned Advocate and Mr. Jitender Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appear and accept service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2, respectively. Copy of the revision be supplied to learned counsel for respondent No.1 and learned Additional Advocate General for respondent No.2/State . It has been submitted that the matter has been reconciled with the parties. Hence, the petitioner is directed to deposit 7.5% of the cheque amount before Member Secretary, H.P. State Legal Services Authority, Kasumpti, Shimla-9 as per the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Sanjabij Tari Vs. Kishore S. Brocar and another (2025) SCC Online SC 2069. List on 20.08.2026.
