Case No. 111 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminal are said to have looted the motorcycle of the informant. 4. During the investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case as one of the criminals who have committed the crime. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents also. 5. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering the criminal antecedents of the Patna High Court CR. MISC.
