In this petition, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent No.4 to enter the name of mother of the petitioner in Column No.12 of the RTC in respect of the Survey No.48/3 of Mudlamachikere Village in terms of representation dated 22nd August, 2023 (Annexure-H). 3. Heard Sri. M.R. Hiremathad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Spoorthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, the same would indicate that, a registered Sale Deed dated 11th January, 2023 (Annexure-E) is said to have been made in respect of the subject land. Therefore, since there is a registered document executed in respect of the subject land, it is open for the petitioner to establish his right over the same in a manner - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:25355 WP NO.27058 OF 2023 known to law. In that view of the matter, there is no necessity to direct the respondent No.4 to enter the name of mother of the petitioner in the RTC of the subject land. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed.
