The petitioner’s correct name is Rajam, wife of Krishnan. However, the respondents issued patta mentioning the petitioner’s name as Rajalakshmi, wife of Krishnan. The contention of the petitioner is that in other revenue records and statutory documents, the petitioner’s name is shown as Rajam, wife of Krishnan, and not Rajalakshmi. 3.
