It is further submitted that the petitioners have paid the full amount of Rs. 38,05,00,000/-, along with the interest of Rs. 93,00,000/- on account of delay in payment of the OTS amount, and the respondent bank has initiated the proposal for removal of the petitioners from the list of wilful defaulters. 3.
