In response to the Contempt Petition, a status report dated 05.12.2025 has been produced by respondents stating inter alia that in the writ petition, issue of encroachment over the Government land ‘Gair Mumkin Johad’ in Khasra No.395 at village Ladunda, Tehsil Surajgarh, District Jhunjhunu was raised and in [2026:RJ-JP:1441-DB] (2 of 2) [CCP-1028/2023] furtherance to the order dated 25.11.2022, P.L.P.C. found encroachment of about 74 persons. It has been submitted that since 19 encroachers have preferred various writ petitions, detailed out in para No.9 of the Status Report, the other encroachment from Khasra No.395 has been removed on 03.12.2025, leaving the permanent construction of residents.
