Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present writ petition inter alia with the following prayer:- “It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be graciously pleased to admit the writ application issue notice the Opp. Parties and after hearing the parties quash the notification dated 26.01.2026 issued under Annexure-6 and direction be issued to the Opp. Party No.1 to release the monthly allowances of Grama Rakhis/petitioner as per Notification dated 07.10.2022 under Annexure-5 with all deferential arrears entitled w.e.f.07.10.2022 to till date. And further be pleased to, pass any other order/orders/direction (s) as per law and for this act of kindness the petitioners as in duty bound shall ever pray. And for which act of kindness, the Petitioner shall remain duty bound as ever. Page 2 of 2. 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation before Opp. Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three (3) weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 1 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation.
