The present application seeks grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant in connection with FIR No. 468/2025 registered at Police Station Jamia Nagar under Section 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘BNS’). 3. The allegations in the FIR arise out of a financial transaction of Rs.48,800/- made by the complainant towards subscription of an alleged algorithm-based trading service. The applicant states that he was operating a proprietorship concern providing such software services and that the dispute arose subsequently when the complainant suffered losses in trading and sought refund of the amount paid by him. Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the applicant has joined the investigation and has also deposited a sum of Rs.48,000/- with the Registry. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission and the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest, the applicant shall be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the concerned IO/SHO, subject to the following conditions: i) The Applicant shall join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer and shall provide his mobile number and permanent residential address to the IO by tomorrow. ii) The Applicant shall remain available on the mobile number(s) shared by him with the Police. iii) The Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any attempt to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner. iv) In the event of any change in his residential address or contact details, the Applicant shall promptly intimate the same to the concerned IO/SHO. 6. Accordingly, the present bail application is allowed. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 7. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance. 8. Nothing stated herein shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.
