Das, ASC CORAM: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY ORDER 12.05.2026 Order No. 01 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. Heard. 3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that he does not intend to challenge the memorandum dt.16.12.2024 so issued under Anenxure-6. 3.1. However, it is contended that even though the Petitioner is otherwise entitled to get the benefit of regularization from her initial date of appointment, but she has been regularized w.e.f.22.04.2019. It is accordingly contended that Petitioner is eligible and entitled to get the benefit of antedated regularization from her initial date of engagement. 4. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate on the other hand contended that since Petitioner claiming the benefit of antedation of her regularization, has not moved the concerned authority who has passed the order of regularization under Anexure-1, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable. Page 2 of 2. 5. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, considering the submission made and the relief claimed so far as antedation of her regularization is concerned, this Court permits the Petitioner to move Opp. Party No.1 for consideration of her grievance, within a period of 3 (three) weeks hence. 5.1. It is observed that if such representation is filed within the aforesaid time period, Opp. Party No. 1 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No. 1 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
