1. The present appeal has been filed under section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 against the Order dated 13.11.2025 passed by learned Judge, Family Court-02, South East District, Saket Court, Delhi in HMA no. 73/2024 titled ‘Bijender Singh v. Jaidevi’, whereby the learned Family Court had granted interim maintenance of Rs. 50,000/- per month to the wife/respondent.

Learned counsel for the parties, on instructions, submit that the present appeal can be disposed of by consent on the following terms: A. The appellant-husband shall pay interim maintenance to the respondent-wife at the rate of Rs. 50,000/- per month for the child, as directed by the learned Family Court, with effect from 04.04.2024, i.e. This is a digitally signed order. the date of filing of the application for interim maintenance. B. Any amount of maintenance received by the respondent-wife in any other proceedings from the Appellant-husband shall be adjusted against the amount payable under the present order. C. The appellant-husband undertakes to clear the arrears of outstanding maintenance, after such adjustment, as calculated by the Family Court within a period of two months from today. D. The appellant-husband shall continue to pay the regular interim maintenance of Rs. 50,000/- per month to the respondent/wife for the child.
3. The impugned order shall stand modified to the aforesaid extent. The appeal, along with the pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of in the above terms, as a consent order.
