Mr. Arvind Sharma, Senior Advocate, with M/s Anil Kumar God and Ajay Sharma, Advocates. Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India intimates the Court that necessary correction qua the date of birth of the petitioner stands incorporated in the documents concerned. Learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges that the date of birth of the petitioner has been corrected in the relevant documents. He also submits that the pension of the petitioner has been restored, but arrears have not yet been received by the petitioner. Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India submits that this is a routine process and the arrears,f if any, shall be received by the petitioner in due course. His statement is taken on record. Proceedings closed. Arrears, if any, shall be released to the petitioner in due course. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
