The allegations were also made on pressurizing the wife for giving consent for the First Motion but despite her Undertaking before the Court that her consent was voluntary, it was claimed that husband had thus filed a Contempt of Court Petition which has been accepted and referred by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Dwarka to this Court. 2.
