The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, seeking setting aside of the impugned order dated 2nd May, 2026, passed by the JMFC-03, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, in CC NI ACT No.2806/2021 and the order dated 31st August, 2026 passed by the ASJ-04, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in Criminal Revision No.297/2026, whereby the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the order of JMFC has been dismissed.

CRL.M.C. 6986/2026 petition bearing CRL.M.C. 5515/2025, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12th August 2025 with liberty to the petitioner to raise all defences before the Trial Court, including grounds taken in the said petition.

Even though the Trial Court, vide the impugned order dated 2nd May 2025, has dismissed the application of the petitioner to bring on record additional evidence, it is reiterated that the petitioner would be at liberty to raise all grounds taken in the present petition before the Trial Court at the stage of final hearing.
5. In terms of the aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of.
