After arguing for some time, learned counsel representing the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition in order to file an Appeal against the Order-in-Original dated 09.10.2024, which was subsequently rectified. 2. Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that the Petitioner will be permitted to file one (01) Appeal, although two (02) different Forms GST DRC-07 have been issued. He further submits that the Forms GST DRC-07 were rectified vide order dated 27.01.2026. 3. In view of the aforesaid position, the present Writ Petition, along with the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. This is a digitally signed order.
