The present MCC has been filed for restoration of Review Petition No.21 of 2026, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 05.02.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the State-respondent has no objection for restoration of Review Petition No.21 of 2026. 4. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application which is duly supported by an affidavit, we are satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of Review Petition No.21 of 2026. 4 5.
