This Court has carefully considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the materials available on record. 3. No.2619 of 2026 there is contributory negligence on the part of the deceased and also questioned the quantum. Hence, we are inclined to permit the petitioners to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount deposited along with accrued interest. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
