Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the 2 2 direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Misc. (pre-emption) case No. 13 of 2021 expeditiously preferably within 3 months from the date of this order. The civil revision stands disposed of.
