The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition from 28.03.2026. 4. Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by the Court is modified to the extend that the petitioners shall report before the Trial Court during the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the appeals.
