At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the order of termination from the services of the petitioner was passed on 29.03.2019, and the same is appealable as per Clause 30 of the Standing Orders. He would further submit that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer an appeal and, in turn, the respondent authorities may be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously. 2. On the other hand, Ms. Kaur opposes the submission made by counsel for the petitioner. 3. Heard. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, at this juncture, this petition is disposed of, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to prefer a duly constituted appeal before the respondent authorities in accordance with Clause 30 of the Standing Orders. 5. If the appeal is preferred by the petitioner within a period of 45 days from today, the appellate authority shall make all endeavour to conclude and decide the appeal preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of its presentation.
