Virender Singh, Judge (Oral) Under instructions, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the parties, that the matter has been 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2026:HHC:33640 compromised between the parties and in pursuance to the said compromise, an agreement for sale has been executed between petitioner Anwar Ali and respondent No. 1 Roshni Devi, on 10.06.2026. 2. In view of the compromise, petitioner Anwar Ali, does not want to proceed further with CMPMO No. 237 of 2026, as well as, COPC No. 756 of 2026 and wants to withdraw the same. 3. Considering the said fact, present petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.  However, the parties to the lis i.e. petitioner Anwar Ali and respondent No. 1 are bound by the terms and conditions of the agreement to sell. 4. In view of the persuasive submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, liberty has been   granted   to   petitioner   Anwar   Ali   to   approach   the appropriate Court of law, if any grievance remains to be redressed. 5.
